VAR made sure by not giving the handball for a penalty then not giving the blatant offside. Course var isn't bent. Like fuck.

Spurs bossed most of that first half, let’s not pretend that Newcastle have gone there and dominated them.

Anyone would think Redknapp had once played for Spurs ? ;-)
Howe has Newcastle pressing high and all forwards even Wilson involved in packs to close Tottenham then breaking higher up the pitch. Conte is employing the same approach as Moyes. Siting deeper and hoping for fast release to Kane , Son to get a goal or two. They are better at it than us due to speed of Son in particular. Wonder if we played Antonio and Scamacca we might see better goals return and ability to use Antonio pace.
But the change I would love to see is West Ham super fit in midfield and upfront pressing high and consistently rather than static shape, sitting deep

That VAR check stank of looking for any (ANY) excuse to not give Newcastle a perfectly good goal.
Hope they go on to score a couple more this half.

Jamie Redknapp thought in was a foul on Lloris. Soft pansy wanker stealing a living on TV.

Yep, they look very good. You can actually see that they bring what they work on in training to games, down to Howe that, obviously.
Conte won't suffer this shit, could get interesting soon, hopefully.

Newcastle running a clinic on how to beat Tottenham. What a wonder that pressing a mediocre defence would yield results.

Nice !! The Spuds left back torn a new one.
Like us Spuds sit deep and like to break but of course have Son and Kane.
The Mourinho style game of counter attacking that many teams got success with really doesn’t work as well as it used to.
Conte might be joining Moyes at a Jurassic Park ? :-)

What's the difference between the Wilson/Lloris collision and the Antonio collision at NF?
